Terms of Service

1. Definitions

"Platform" means the website, mobile applications, and online services of HubPro Customer operated by HubSwitch Co., Ltd. ("Company"). "User" means any individual who registers to use the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the Platform.

3. Services Provided

• Personal Inventory management
• Service bookings and appointments
• E-Wallet (electronic wallet)
• Product search and matching via PIM database
• Notifications and status tracking
• Clinic/provider connectivity (via HubPro)

4. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and current information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining account security (password, Passkey)
• Account sharing is prohibited
• The Company reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and software on the Platform are the property of the Company. You are granted a limited, personal-use license only. Copying, modifying, or distributing without permission is prohibited.

6. Prohibited Uses

• Using the Platform for illegal activities
• Interfering with or circumventing security systems
• Uploading inappropriate, copyrighted, or false content
• Using bots, scrapers, or automated methods to access the Platform

7. Payments and Wallet

• Top-up via Company-designated payment channels
• Wallet balance does not accrue interest
• Refunds follow each service provider's policy
• The Company may suspend wallets upon suspicious transactions

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as-is" with no guarantee of uninterrupted service. The Company is not liable for indirect or punitive damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Profile > Delete Account, with a 30-day grace period before permanent deletion. Financial data is retained as required by law (5-7 years).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes shall be resolved by courts of competent jurisdiction in Bangkok.

11. Amendments

The Company may amend these Terms from time to time with prior notice via the Platform. Continued use after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
